Dama Rosa Perricone rosè


This wine from Perricone grapes comes from a challenge: to demonstrate that it is possible, with great grapes, to obtain a great rosé, fresh and pleasant, but with a good structure.


So we extract the free-run must of our best grapes, after a few hours of maceration, and vinify it in white, obtaining an intense and fragrant rosé, brilliant and highly suitable, especially with vegetables


Harvest period: first ten days of October

Vinification system: cryomaceration with the skins for one night

Inoculation of selected indigenous Sicilian yeasts

Vinification and aging in stainless steel silos at a controlled temperature for 5 months

Alcoholic degree: 13% vol.

Serving temperature: 12 ° C


Colour: deep, intense, brilliant rose gold

Nose: wild strawberries and blood orange stand out, but also pink pepper and pomegranate

Taste: cheerful and explosive, with good acidity; the strawberry, pink pepper and red bitter also return
